This site belongs to GRIS Solutions LLC, an IT advisory practice based in New York, NY. Below is what we collect, why, and the terms that apply when you use the site.
Privacy
What we collect. When you use the contact form we receive the name, email address, organization, and message you enter. Browsing the site does not require an account and we do not collect payment details.
Why we collect it. Solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you engage us, to carry out that work. We do not sell, rent, or share your information for marketing, and we do not send newsletters or promotional email.
How it is handled. Form submissions are delivered through our hosting provider, Netlify, which processes them on our behalf under its own privacy terms. Messages are kept for up to twenty-four months after our last exchange, or for the duration of an engagement plus reasonable business records, then deleted.
Cookies and analytics. The site sets no tracking cookies and loads no advertising scripts. We use a privacy-focused analytics service that records aggregate traffic data (page views, referrers, countries, and device types) without cookies, fingerprinting, or personal identifiers; it is not linked to you as an individual. Your display-mode preference (light, dark, or CRT) and language choice are stored in your own browser only.
Your choices. You may ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information you have sent us. Use the contact form and we will act on the request within thirty days.
Accessibility. We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 AA. The site honors reduced-motion settings, works without a mouse, and keeps text readable at 200% zoom. If something is hard to use, tell us and we will fix it.
Terms of use
Informational only. Content on this site describes our services in general terms. It is not advice for your specific situation and does not create a client relationship. Advisory work is governed by a separate written agreement.
No warranties. The site is provided as is. We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee it, and we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of site content.
Intellectual property. The GRIS name, mark, and site content are owned by GRIS Solutions LLC. Please do not reproduce them without permission.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. We may update this page from time to time; the date above reflects the latest revision.
